Asif Ali fans abuse girls who posted about Hi Iam Tony in facebook. The attackers claimed themselves to be Asif Ali fans. One of the abused girls have acted in popular short film Sheaay, Seena Raya. Museum police registered the complaint and started the investigation. These types of incidents brings shame up on the state itself. This is not just an abuse towards girls but towards the basic freedom of expression.
Director Joshiy is back withSalaam Kashmir and has Jayaram and Suresh Gopi in the lead.
Along with the duo, Mia plays the female lead as Jayaram`s wife. Lalu Alex appears in a key role in the film while Krishna Kumar, Vijayaraghavan and Ponnamma Babu are also part of the cast.
The film has its script penned by Sethu, and it promises to be everything one would expect from the veteran hit maker. Salaam Kashmir is a family drama with its share of heavy-duty action and good humour. As the title suggests, a major portion of the film has been shot in the picturesque locales of Kashmir. "Kashmir is more like a character in the film, all the critical incidents happen there," says Sethu.
The film produced by Maha Subair under the banner of Varnachithra Release is expected to hit the screens very soon.

Abhinaya is an actress whose hearing and speech is impaired, but in the film, she will be portraying the role of a normal girl who can hear and talk. She shakes her legs with the tunes. It is very difficult to identify that the actress is having any physical ailments. Yes, she is an actress beyond all boundaries. Abhinaya hails from Hyderabad. But she has no language boundaries too. The actress is currently doing the Malayalam film One By Two, starring Fahad Fazil in the lead. She will be playing the role of Fahad Fazil's wife.
Abhinaya made her debut in the industry with the Tamil movie Nadodigal. She won great applauds for her performance in the same and was also rewarded. Seeing her performance in this movie, she was cast to play Nadodigal remakes both in Telugu and Kannada. Abhinaya has also signed another Malayalam movie titled The Reporter. Both movies, One By Two and The Reporter are under filming. The director provides the Malayalam dialogues in English, which is learned by the actress. On the sets of One By Two, when the director says action, the associate director waves a towel in the air - a signal for Abhinaya to begin her acting. When the director says cut, the same action is repeated and the actress stops acting. Abhinaya surprises everyone when it comes to dancing and performing emotional scenes. An actress who cannot hear or speak, dances beautifully to the tunes on the steps showed by the choreographer. Whatsoever, the actress is far beyond excellence and has proved that there is no boundary for her. Hope that more success will come her way.

Geethanjali movie has been the talk of the town ever since the movie has been announced. Directed by Priyadarshan , the movie has a huge star cast. Mohanlal , Nishan, Innocent, Siddique, Shobana and Ganesh are playing the lead roles in this film. Now, the latest buzz is that Suresh Gopi is also a part of the film! Geethanjali has some characters from the movie Manichitrathazhu and is also having a similar story. But the director confirmed saying that Geethanjali is not a sequel to Manichitrathazhu. Mohanlal, Innocent and Ganesh are seen playing the same roles as it was in Manichitrathazhu. Suresh Gopi, who was a lead in Manichitrathazhu, has now become a part of Geethanjali too. But his role in the film is not yet revealed.
Mohanlal and Suresh Gopi have worked together in quite a few number of movies and they complement each other. Suresh Gopi, who was keeping away from films for quite a few years, had recently announced his comeback. His Salaam Kashmir will be getting released this month. Jayaram is seen along with him in this film. Yesteryear actress Menka Suresh's daughter Keerthi Menaka is making her debut in the industry with this movie. For all these various reasons, we can say that Geethanjali is one of the most awaited movie for the year.

Balyakalasakhi is a film adaptation of a Malayalam romantic tragedy novel authored by Vaikom Muhammad Basheer, originally published in 1944.

Mosayile Kuthira Meenukal will be completely shot in Lakshadweep. Asif Ali will be playing the role of Alex, a rich kid, who sets off to Lakshadweep. The reason for his journey and the events that follow form the rest of the plot. Sunny Wayne is seen playing the role of a Lakshadweep native, who is also seen speaking the language of the island. Asif Ali and Sunny Wayne are also pairing up for the movie Koothara. This is the first time Andrea will be seen opposite Asif Ali and Sunny Wayne.
